About Us

About Our Family

Drs. Paul and Paula Grenier have raised three healthy children who have always had chiropractic care as part of the health plan in their home. They are happy to say the children never had any medications while growing up.

“The power that made the body heals the body. It happens no other way!” says Drs. P & P This guiding principle has been the force behind all health care decisions for the children. In recognizing that the nervous system controls all functions of the human body, the first response when a health issue would arise would be to get on the table and get adjusted. Families that get adjusted together stay healthy together!!

With such certainty, confidence and conviction to the innate intelligence of the human body….. Drs.  Paul & Paula pass on this wisdom to their clients and remind them to TRUST the power within their own bodies. This is where the healing begins…….

Dr. Paul Grenier has been a practicing chiropractor for 25 years. A family man (father of three children and married for 25 years) whose holistic health and wellness is interwoven in every part of his life.

Sharing those discoveries and experiences is his mission.

Knowing that the wisdom of the heart needs to be our guiding force in our daily lives has brought peace and direction to Dr. Paul that is unwavering in his vision for world wellness.

Dr_Paula_Grenier.jpgDr. Paula Grenier has been a chiropractor for almost 27 years. In fact, she met Dr. Paul on the first day of Chiropractic College! Over those years, she was in private practice for a few years, a faculty member at a chiropractic college and then became a mother and primary caregiver of three children. Her friends and colleagues, and now young adult children, know her as a volunteer and community organizer extraordinaire, a volleyball and hockey coach, marathoner, mountain biker, squeeze-every-ounce-out-of-every-dayer, do-righter, community builder, solution seeker, and dedicated healer who loves to help others learn about and receive the many benefits of chiropractic care. She loves to help others learn about the benefits of chiropractic care and thrives on the basic premise of just “helping people” in whatever ways they might need.
